A medida beneficia empregados formais, incluindo trabalhadores dom\u00e9sticos, rurais e at\u00e9 mesmo assalariados de Microempreendedores Individuais (MEIs).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O empr\u00e9stimo utiliza o saldo do Fundo de Garantia do Tempo de Servi\u00e7o (FGTS) como garantia, permitindo que os trabalhadores obtenham empr\u00e9stimos com taxas de juros significativamente mais baixas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Impacto no Setor de RH<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Para os profissionais de TI e RH, esta novidade requer uma atualiza\u00e7\u00e3o r\u00e1pida e eficiente dos sistemas de folha de pagamento e gest\u00e3o de pessoal, como o <a href=\"https:\/\/outserv.com.br\/suporte-operacional\" target=\"_blank\">TOTVS RM<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O sistema TOTVS Folha de Pagamentos precisa ser atualizado para incorporar as novas funcionalidades relacionadas ao &#8220;Cr\u00e9dito do Trabalhador&#8221; e estar adequado para atender a Medida Provis\u00f3ria n\u00ba 1.292\/2025. Isso inclui a implementa\u00e7\u00e3o de funcionalidades que permitam o gerenciamento eficaz desses empr\u00e9stimos, assegurando conformidade com a legisla\u00e7\u00e3o vigente e facilitando a administra\u00e7\u00e3o por parte das empresas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adapta\u00e7\u00e3o<br>A partir de 26 de mar\u00e7o de 2025, a TOTVS disponibilizou na Central de Download os patches contendo a primeira entrega das adapta\u00e7\u00f5es necess\u00e1rias para o Cr\u00e9dito do Trabalhador no produto TOTVS Folha de Pagamento RM.
